Murata Boy and his Cousin Open China Hi-Tech Fair With Cycling Antics

Murata Boy and his cousin Murata Girl we’re on show yesterday at the opening ceremony of the China Hi-Tech Fair in Shenzhen.
The robotic duo, made by Japanese Murata Manufacturing are capable of riding and balancing by themselves. Murata boy is able to ride along thin rails using built in ‘eye’ sensors to keep track of the path while riding his bicycle. Murata Girl prefer to ride a unicycle, and despite having a heart shaped face creeps me out a bit! Ever seen a Chinese zombie?
