So if you want to benefit from the Android ecosystem, then make the choice to be compatible. Its easy, free, and we’ll even help you out. But if you don’t want to be compatible, then don’t expect help from OHA members that are all working to support and build a unified Android ecosystem.
What happen Google? Are you afried to loose market?
    IN YOUR FACE!!!!

Google it’s very close, and Android it’s the more close project of the open source project for smartphones, also more than the old symbiam.

Loose help of OHA members? Any user who don’t buy a “Nexus” don’t have updates. Some “brand” device have 1 (maximum 2) updates ONLY if the phone is very sold it.
The regular persons with Android device’s have update only with cooked roms (and most of that cooked roms come from independent users of XDA Developers)

It’s time google start to loose market for improve and make a better OS, without lot of restrictions in his source code.
