Koushik ‘Kuosh’ Dutta shows off AirPlay mirroring on Android!


Koushik Dutta aka “Koush”, a part of the CyanogenMod team and the creator of various 3rd party tools and hacks like the ClockWork Mod recovery and ROM Manager, recently showcased his progress with AirPlay mirroring on Android.

The dev managed to mirror an HTC One’s display to a Nexus 10 tablet, of which he also shared a video. Of course, the HTC One was running on CyanogenMod.

This is interesting, cause you could potentially install this airplay server onto a Android PC stick and hook it up to your TV.

We hope to see this kick off, because as Koush said, it would be real cool to have an Android PC stick hooked up to your TV on which you would be able to see your phone’s screen in a much larger scale!
