OnePlus One Blows away the Galaxy Note 3 in latest Antutu Benchmarks

Oneplus are hitting headlines once again today as their flagship phone, the OnePlus One has appeared with a higher than every Antutu benchmark!

This is the second time the OnePlus One has hit up Antutu, but this latest score is the best yet! The previous Antutu score posted by the Cyanogenmod team had an early development OnePlus One running at a very impressive 36,715 points, however the latest score is even better at a monsterous 38,179 points!

Gizchina News of the week

The increase is likely due to on going optimisations of the custom CyanogenMod 11S ROM and will certainly helped along by the recent boost in performance afforded by the faster Snapdragon 801 CPU and 3GB RAM.

In other news the OnePlus One phone will be available through Jingdong Mall in China once it goes on sale.

The OnePlus One will only be available for 16 countries from OnePlus Online shopping website. You will need to be in one of 16 launch countries to get one. China will have there own store just for chinese orders.

How important/significant are Antutu scores ?

it’s not important.. it’s just a method like comparing penises but you can also measure their overall processing power.. the only problem is that it is mostly overkill from what actual apps require

it doesn’t mean anything for other applications

so can someone clarify something for me. The country’s they are announcing is were they will sell phone and have warehouses with it and all orders will be done using OnePlus Online shopping website. right?

    • April 15, 2014

Presumably so. But some regions (like Europe) don’t require multiple warehouses.
