Xiaomi ask fans to guess which country they will enter next

xiaomi launch next

On their social media channels today, Xiaomi asked their fans which country do they expect to see their fave brand enter to next.

Xiaomi, not officially the 5th largest phone maker, have asked fans which country they expect to see Xiaomi products officially launch next? Already there are over 300 comments on the Facbook post alone with suggestions to which country should come next. What’s interesting is that some fans don’t realise Xiaomi have already entered their markets with some requests coming from India and Malaysia where Xiaomi have already started trading.

Indonesia, Italy and Turkey seem to be the big favourites, with many fans asking to see Xiaomi in Europe too.

Brazil, PLEASE! I hope Xiaomi comes here and defeat those ridiculously overpriced samsung, lg, sony and apple. They think that we are stupid enough to pay 1300 dollars on an iPhone5s and 1200 in an S5!

this is just a marketing ploy to trick consumers that their products are readily available in countries they have supposedly launched their brand. their “full range” of products is nowhere to be found. you’d be lucky to find a mi3 or a redmi being sold in those countries.

it’s like setting up a fancy shop but you can’t buy anything because there is no inventory. LOL.
