Siswoo open first European service centre in Spain

One issue that many customers of Chinese phones struggle with is the lack of support for device in their home country. Chinese brand Siswoo have eliminated this with their first service centre in Spain.

For a new Chinese phone company Siswoo are doing things a little differently. They are launching just a few phones at a time, their devices are getting a good response from the Chinese phone community and now are investing in customer service centres.

Siswoo are aiming their phones at Europe and the Chinese mainland, and for European customers peace of mind have opened a service centre located in Spain. This is the first centre that Siswoo plan to open with a second later this year located in Germany.

The centres will be for customers to gain advice, help and to repair and solve any warranty issues. Any current Siswoo customers needing to get hold of the centre can contact via email (sevice@siswoo.com) or by phone: (0034) 914 444 487 / (0034) 902 444 770.

Hopefully this is a sign of things to come and a trend that other Chinese phone manufacturers will follow in the coming months.

Which makes sense, since Siswoo is a spanish company…so you could say that they’re “Made in Spain”, although assembly and factory is in China…like all others.

Siswoo is one of the most exciting new brands to launch recently. Each one of their phones is looking better than the last, can’t wait for the Darkmoon to officially launch.

Already had to use their service centre in Spain because of the recall for the R8 Monster. It seems they are related to Zopo and their R8 and the Zopo ZP999 look almost identical.
