If you remember that recently we posted details of the Elephone M2, then the new “business” range will be no stranger to you. The M! will be the second in the line-up and the first Elephone with USB Type C.
Elephone continue to stay in the lime light as they aren’t afraid to adopt new technologies (well among other things). If you look back at last year, Elephone were the first low-cost vender of phones with fingerprint scanner a feature now seen on almost all newly launched smartphones.

One of this year’s new technologies is USB Type C, and while they might not be the first to offer the feature they aren’t too far behind the pack.
The Elephone M1 will be coming to Chinese reseller stores soon and feature the fast USB hardware, a 5.5-inch display, 13 mega-pixel main camera, 8 mega-pixel front, 1.3Ghz Mediatek chipset, Android 5.1 and possibly even a fingerprint scanner.
Don’t expect pricing to be too high on the M1, we imagine it to be a rival to the UMi Hammer S which boasts similar hardware.

Yeah, 5.5″ story again. Bigger phones looks much better imho, because there’s more space to shift things around, but I would be much happier if there were more 5″ flagships with better specs on the market today.

They need to get the Vowney out faster. What’s so difficult about putting in USB 3. The technicians wouldn’t be struggling. They could even put USB 3 in the Vowney if it hasn’t already gone into production.

i think you can try to find it from elephone.cc, i saw it here, but it has a 3GB Ram + 64GB Rom+4100mAh battery , it is not 4GB Ram now
Yep there are official resellers listing it for pre-sale but it’s still not out anywhere yet. The nearest reasonable date is the 10th of September which seems early consider there is near to no reviews yet. Some resellers are saying 30th of September.

They should consider to make phone without fake spec. first. I was the owner of one Elephant, never again.
