ZTE have added a new phone to their Axon line-up with the new ZTE Axon Mini. Smaller on size but not on price.
This first version of the ZTE Axon Mini has launched with NBA branding on the rear which might help explain the higher than expected price tag. In China the phone will cost 2399 Yuan, which seems like a lot for a ‘mini’ version of a flagship phone, but is also an indication of the way pricing seems to be flowing in the Chinese tech world.
The special edition Axon Mini NBA comes with special NBA wallpapers and special NBA applications designed for the Chinese market. If you happen to be a follower of a certain team then ZTE have you covered and are offering 6 different team versions of the phone.

Specifications of the ZTE Axon Mini are a 5.2-inch 2.5D display, Snapdragon 616 octacore chipset, 3GB RAM, 16GB memory, 8 mega-pixel front camera, 13 mega-pixel rear, 2800Ah battery and even retina security scanner.
