Ulefone’s Paris 5-inch phone received a camera OTA this week, and now a new special edition golden version of the phone has been announced in time for Christmas.
If your loved one has been looking longingly at all those fashionable gold phones on the market, but you just know that they aren’t worth the crazy prices, the new gold Ulefone Paris might just work.
The Ulefone Paris is a 5-inch phone designed for people more concerned with how a phone looks and feels rather than how it performs. That’s not to say the device is slow, we found it more than adequate for daily usage in our review, but it can’t be described as a power house either.

Current versions of the Ulefone Paris come in either grey or white, but a new special edition model will feature a white body with gold highlights on the alloy frame, Ulefone logo and camera surround. A launch date of mid December is confirmed so you might be lucky enough to receive this phone in time for Christmas.

Agreed. I think ulefone is smart enough not to apply the golden color to all the back cover and frame. Gold is not greasy itself, but it’s not good to use it too much, just as other manufacturers do nowadays.
You are right only when the back cover is plastic. If the back cover is metal, i guess overall golden will be better than partial, though you are right too much golden will be gaudy.
I think golden Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge (the fxxx long name) is the most beautiful device now, or the only passable golden device. I don’t really like the golden Ulefone Paris, but their approach of coloring is inspiring enough.
yea well , i’ll take a f.ugly and HORRID looking but CHEAP power house over a beautiful but weak phone ANY DAY !
