OxygenOS 2.1.2 for OnePlus 2 now seeding, brings in camera improvements

oneplus 2 review

Check your phones, OnePlus 2 owners, for OxygenOS 2.1.2 for the deviceĀ is now seeding.

This one seems to be more about improving the camera performance than anything else. If you’ve read the GizChina review of the OnePlus 2, you’ll know that the phone already has a better than decent camera, so this update should really be a welcome one.

Here’s what OxygenOS 2.1.2 will do to your phone, according to OnePlus:

Gizchina News of the week

  • Improved UX for preview in Camera
  • Performance improvements on app install and launch
  • Individual icon customization support
  • Fixes for RAW format on 3rd party camera apps
  • Russian & Turkish language support
  • Lockscreen wallpaper support
  • Security patches
  • Bug fixes to System Update to improve OTA stability
  • General bug fixes and performance improvements

It’s also nice to see individual icon customisation support, the OxygenOS launcher can sometimes be a little bland.

As always, expect the update within a couple days if you haven’t gotten it yet, it’ being rolled out incrementally.

Never been impressed with a One plus camera compared to its competitors.
