A nano drone from China could be the world’s smallest measuring in at only 2.5cm!

Drones are in the news all the time from lifting record breaking weights, to being shot down or even attacking people, but we’re all about size today with what could possibly be the smallest drone on sale.

The tiny quad-copter from Chinese manufacturer VMaxtoys, measures only 2.5cm across making it so small that it can comfortably dock in the center of the controller with space to spare.

Pricing and availability for the super tiny quad-copter isn’t revealed but we have seen similar quad’s cost as little as $20 in China and don’t expect this version to cost more.

It’s so small it wouldn’t even be fun.

Exactly, wheres the fun flying something 5 meters above your head that you can’t even see! I’m also guessing the slightest breeze will make this almost impossible to control.

        Agree.
No way you’ll be able to fly that toy outside.
It’s probably meant for indoor user only.
It’s just a toy for kids, I wouldn’t even call it a drone.
