The launch of the Xiaomi Mi5 might also have been the release of the 3rd Xiaomi product that will support Windows 10 suggests new rumours.

Xiaomi have already dabbled with Windows 10 by working with Microsoft to release the alternate mobile OS to the Xiaomi Mi4 and also the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 tablet. Now, rumours state that the same development teams are now working to bring Windows 10 to the Xiaomi Mi5.

Gizchina News of the week

If this turns out to be true then the Mi5 would easily be one of the most powerful Windows 10 phones on the market thanks to its Snapdragon 820 chipset and up to 4GB RAM.

If you’re not a Xiaomi user though don’t fret as the same rumours also mention the possibility of Windows being brought to both the OnePlus 2 and upcoming OnePlus 3 due to launch in June.

I can’t confirm or deny those particular phones but I can say around end of last year we received a list of 10 phones (not including those from Microsoft) that were launching in 2016 with Windows 10. 3 of them were at MWC (HP, Vaio and Alcatel).

          hey, balco
i got a Lumia 640 for $30 just to give windows a try. the app store was obviously going to be weak compared to android, but I can’t even find a decent mp3 player app. any suggestions?

i just want to play my own files, not download or stream or pull lyrics, etc…
and preferably, i’d like to be able to play them using the folder layout, as I have them stored on the sd card. I know that lame and old school, but thats still my preferred way of organizing my songs.
tried extreme music, music player, next player, and n7 player. n7 player is my favorite so far, but its really just OK.

I personally use this one:(Folder Play) https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/apps/folder-play/9wzdncrdz11l . It’s simple one and use the folder layout.

Shameless plug but have you tried out Groove? Also I hear Music Player is pretty good. I don’t really listen to much music on my Windows phone I only use it for work.
