Homtom HT17 is a first phone equipped with the MT6737 processor and with the model just entering the market it seems that Homtom are also working on a updated version designated Homtom HT17 Pro. At a first glance the upgrades are really minor, no changes in the design and just as the HT17 it will be offered in three color variants – white, dark blue and champagne gold.

The only significant change is the bigger storage space with 16 GB, processor stays the same and also the amount of RAM, though i still hope they wold reconsider and give the HT17 Pro at least 2 GB RAM. Rest of the specs stays the same including the fingerprint sensor, 13 Mpix camera dual SIM support, 4G support, 3000 mAh battery capacity with fast charge support, slim design with 7.9mm thickness and Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
Homtom promise some more extra unrevealed functions so we have to wait for further information including the launch date and pricing so stay tuned.
