Ulefone Metal is equipped with the rear camera sporting 8 Mpix resolution, but it’s software interpolated to 13 Mpix. The sensor is the Sony IMX149 and it should have five piece-lens, Front selfie cam is also interpolated, this time from 2 Mpix to 5 Mpix.
Those at least vaguely interested in the mobile photography can clearly see, that the specs above are barely average and even though the pixel resolution is not everything it’s hard to be able to expect some top notch performance from the Ulefone Metal’s camera.
But Ulefone are quite convinced about its qualities and to document that they have released a video showing the Metal camera performance. Personally i think it’s verz difficult to evaluate real picture quality from such video and we would need a real samples to do that. But on the other hand even some mediocre cameras are capable of doing reasonably good photos with some tweaks and slight editor help.
