Meizu Pro 7 with Flyme 6 due 13th September

meizu pro 7

Meizu launched their first large screen phone earlier today, but that might not be the only launch from the phone brand this month!

Meizu do tend to group their launches together, so it doesn’t sound impossible that they could be launch another device later this month. In case you missed our earlier reports, Meizu related the Max today, but according to reports a more powerful device is due on the 13th September.

Gizchina News of the week

According to Chinese media reports, Meizu have another launch penned in for the 13th September where we will see the official launch of a new flagship called the Meizu Pro 7.

Previous leaks and rumours state that the Pro 7 could come with a Samsung Exynos chipset, curved display and perhaps even a dual rear camera design. It is also reported to have the latest version of Meizu’s Android based OS too, Flyme 6.

Earlier this year Meizu launched the Pro 6 with Mediatek chipset, so a Pro 7 with Exynos chip will be a highly desirable device and also much more expensive too.

They’ve gone mad, I hope they don’t run themselves into the ground with this new business approach……if you can even call it that.

I do not think they will release it as a pro 7, they will call it pro 6 plus or another new line like when they release the pro line.

Waiting for the launch. It will be either this or OP3 for my next phone. I really like the Flyme OS and a weekly beta releases. But the camera is where they lack recently, I hope it will be comparable at least with OP3 camera. Design-wise it’s much better than OP3. My opinion thou.
