Colawe have announced that they will be updating their Facebook page every hour today showing a new render of their Rio phone, with a competition coming tomorrow.
Colawe are on the cusp of launching their first smartphone, a device that they have already been quite generous with the details about already. In a different approach to marketing, Colawe have already released many of their Rio W550 specs, along with spy photos online and on their Facebook, but today they will be releasing even more!
From now until an unspecified time later today, Colawe will be releasing renders of the Colawe W550 Rio along with more hardware details hourly. The details will be posted on their Facebook page each hour with the next image going live at 8am GMT this morning.

The first post (posted at 7am) states that their will also be a competition announced in due time to, likely with a chance to win one of the first Colawe Rio smartphones.
So far we know the following about the Colawe Rio W550:
- 5.5-inch display
- AMOLED
- 3000mAh battery
- CNC alloy chassis
- Fingerprint scanner
- Android 6.0.
We also know that the pre sales of the phone will start this month and pricing of the device is just $129.99.
On their website it says it has a quad core 1.3GHz 64bit processor.
2 GB RAM and 16GB ROM. So you pay those 100 bucks for the amoled screen. The rest is throw away cheap.
Well let’s just say it’s worth about 90$ top compared to concurrency & those 10$ only because Amoled display. NO ONE WILL GIVE THEM 130$.
