Last month it was confirmed that LeEco would officially be setting up shop in the U.S, and now we have an idea of what they plan to launch.

LeEco is one of the fastest growing tech companies not only in China but in the world! They already have an official presence in China, and India, and their next port of call is going to be the U.S.

Gizchina News of the week

The company already launched a store in the U.S not so long ago where they sell a few accessories such as headphones, but soon the range available will be much more interesting as they will be offering some of their phones, and TV’s there too.

Phones that they plan to releases are the Le Max 2 for $349, and the Le S3 for $299. In addition there will also be smart TVs offered including the LeEco Super 4 X43 Pro, X55, and X65 TV alongside the LeEco uMax85 TV. At the time of writing final pricing for the Android TV’s hasn’t been revealed.

Meanwhile EU is forgotten again. Well, recently I have come up with an idea to officially name europe the worlds largest museum. It is already heading that way so why not. I wont even mind being a guide :).

As a sidenote, I wish NA at least gets Leeco devices in acceptable colours. Definitely not pink, pinkier and the pinkest. (I am not sure whether English allows for grading of colour adjectives…)

I would rather buy 3rd party than spend an extra $100 on something I know will have crappy after sale support.

Agreed. I would buy a black Le Max 2 in a heartbeat. Too bad all their phones uses the same 3 colors. I doubt it will change anytime soon.

    I think that’s great news.
We should get local support, an international version without any Chinese apps and the prices look good.

Question is gizchina going to do a vs between lemax 2 and google pixel xl?

The big question is whether they have enough stock to sell there or not.

I hope they are not like Xiaomi that their official online shop always shown NO STOCK for their popular Smartphones. There are only available earphones and accessories LOL

Not worth buying any way unless they release there source code which they have said won’t happen so just stick with the one plus phones.
