Popular YouTuber Marques Brownlee, better known as MKBHD usually talks aboutĀ the better known international brands, but for the first time a Xiaomi phone was covered.
We’re talking about the Xiaomi Mi Mix that just got announced yesterday. The Xiaomi Mi Mix specifications suggest that it is a phone that’s second to no other, and design wise, miles ahead of any phone of today.

Xiaomi have been trying to break into the US market for a few years now, and coverage like this should only make it easier. Worth noting is that the company also did a global version of the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 that was also announced yesterday, clearly aiming for western markets.
What do you think of the Mi Mix? What I know is that I really want one… but I’m also sure it’s only the novelty factor that’s appealing for now.
This is surely a phone worth buying but the price is outa my league at the moment. I will wait for the price to reduce before purchasing.
It will have low stock, all the stock available will be sell pretty fast. Its a very desired phone. And hard to make because of the ceramic body. I think the price will be high for a long time.

Which is not a bad thing entirely. This was an important step made by Xiaomi which, as the video says, was not a totally new concept.
But just as Apple re-put smaller devices on the market and brought in a new wave of “minis”, this will push 90% + screen to body ratio phones quite a bit!

Idk about you, but there already are plenty of hand-ons videos on youtube on the Mi MIX now if you just do a simple thing as typing Mi MIX on the youtube search box. This is a Tech blog. If you want to make a tech blog consist of articles or video reviews from other tech blogs then you should probably just be a follower rather than an author, no? Do you see AA, AH or even Gizmochna posting another tech blogger’s video? The answer is no. So, I wouldn’t call it stupid for saying this post is lazy and uncreative.
Surely this time around xiaomi did it.
