With Microsoft announcing their first fully fledged laptop ever yesterday, the Surface Laptop with 13.5-inch screen it’s just inevitable to get a response from the chinese tablet/laptop producers. And here we are right away today with a small comparison tablet from Chuwi trying to pit their Chuwi Hi13 against it.
Of course Chuwi Hi13 is not really the typical laptop and is ranked as a convertible 2-in-1 device so it’s not really on point for starters. Also while it has the same 13.5-inch screen it actually sports higher resolution 3000 x 2000 pixels offering 267 PPI. And well of course the disparity in processor power or the SSD disk used by the Surface Laptop. On the other hand the price difference is also massive.

Chuwi Hi13 is available roughly for one third of the price of the Surface Lapbook so it’s not a minor difference by far. You can find it for $349 for example in the Chuwi’s official Aliexpress store.
