Cubot X18 with 5.7-inch 18:9 Display Presales Kick Off

The recently announced Cubot X18 finally goes on presale today September 11th up until the 18th. You can get the smartphone over at Gearbest for a really affordable price, but before heading there, let’s learn a bit more about the phone!

The Cubot X18 is equipped with a nowadays standard 18:9 display which is also quite big at 5.7-inch. Albeit sporting such a large screen, the handset will still be easy to handle thanks to the 18:9 aspect ratio which slims the phone down. Cubot’s X18 will also boast an 83% screen-to-body ratio, so you should get a pretty nice viewing experience when watching videos or playing games.

Due to the display design, the browsing experience will be different as well, as you now have more content (text) shown vertically and thus less scrolling needed. Cubot will also equip the X18 with split-screen features, so you can for example watch a Youtube video and message somebody on Facebook at the same time.

Lastly, the display on the Cubot X18 will be coated in 2.5D glass to give it a more premium look, the smartphone is also rather slim at 8.5mm of thickness. Below you’ll find all the other specifications.
