The Huawei P20 is shaping up to be a flagship with something extra. That extra is exactly what’s making it more interesting. Since the last two months, it is being consistently reported that the device would feature a triple camera on the rear. Some more evidence regarding the same has been spewn out by the rumour mill today.

The earliest info pointed to a horizontal triple camera setup on the flagship. However, this new leak presents back cases that show a vertical cutout on the top left side of the device. Also, there’s no fingerprint scanner at the rear of the alleged phone, if this case maker has the right ideas. As a matter of fact, there’s still confusion whether it will even be called Huawei P20 or P11. However, major consensus seems to leaning towards a Huawei P20 moniker.

For more info, we can take a look at Evan Blass’ early leak about the Huawei P20. According to that piece of info, the upcoming device would boast a 40 MP rear camera. Moreover, the Leica-branded setup is also supposed to feature 5x zoom, tipped Blass.

Finally, the Huawei P20 might launch on March 27 as the company would look to steer clear of a head-on collision with the Galaxy S9 at MWC. Hence, invites have already been sent for the event to be held in Paris in March. Since the Huawei P20 is a flagship, it warrants a separate event.

Further, we look to receive more info in the coming days regarding Huawei’s hottest upcoming flagship. We’ll let you know if we find something interesting.
