ZTE Blade V9 and Blade V9 Vita Announced at MWC 2018

ZTE has many attractive phones, but most of the customers are aware of only a few models coming our way from the Nubia line. On the contrary, the original ZTE smartphones are warmly welcomed in the US market. So the new products announced today at MWC 2018 should be met with applauds as well. Those new models are the ZTE Blade V9 and ZTE Blade V9 Vita.

The ZTE Blade V9 launched, as scheduled. Recently, it visited FCC, and let us learn most of its features. But now we can talk about them confidently. This phone is packed with a 5.7-inch full-screen with an 18:9 aspect ratio and a resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels. It also uses a double-glass housing and a metal frame. The fingerprint scanner is placed on the back, while the micro USB port and a 3.5mm audio jack are on the top and bottom sides.

Under the hood, the ZTE Blade V9 carries a Snapdragon 450 chip seen on the Xiaomi Redmi 5 first. It is based on a 14nm process node and is paired with a 3+32GB or 4+64GB of memory combination. The rest of key features include a 3100mAh battery, 16+5MP rear camera, 8MP front shooter, and Android 8.0 out of the box.

As the name suggests, the ZTE Blade V9 Vita is the lighter variant of the regular version. It sports a 5.45-inch screen with the same 18:9 aspect ratio, Snapdragon 435 chip, 2+16GB/3+32GB memory options, 13+2MP main camera, 5MP front camera, and a 3200mAh battery.

The ZTE Blade V9 is priced at 269 euros, while its sibling costs 179 euros.

    Disappointing, when will ZTE release a decent flagship phone, Axon 8/9???
