Price leaks for Huawei P20, P20 Pro and P20 Lite

Every Huawei enthusiast is anxious to meet the newest models of the glorious and successful P series of smartphones. The company already confirmed an event on March 27 in Paris, where the trio of smartphones – Huawei P20, Huawei P20 Pro, and Huawei P20 Lite will be revealed.

Both handsets have been “victims” of a number of leaks in the past month, those leaks are getting intense as the launch event approximates. However, one thing that still is a mystery is the pricing that Huawei will offer the three members of the P20 family. A mystery, until today.

The European pricing of all the three smartphones has been leaked, according to the info, the Huawei P20 will be sold for €679 (~$836), the Huawei P20 Pro will go for €879 (~$1.107), while the P20 Lite variant will be priced at €369 (~$454). While the P20 Pro doesn’t break the barrier of 1000 euros, in a direct conversion to the US dollar, the handset breaks it and surpasses. However, we can’t say for sure if the same pricing policy will be adopted when and if the company release the handsets in the United States.

Gizchina News of the week

The Huawei P20 and P20 Pro, despite the pricing and Pro differences, share the same processing core, the in-house made AI-Powered Kirin 970. The P20 Pro also is expected to be the only device packing the unseen setup of triple rear cameras, the other two will have a “standard” dual-setup. The Lite handset in counterpart to its more powerful brothers will pack modest specs in a similar approach of the Huawei Mate 10 Lite. Bringing the same processor of its Mate sibling, the Kirin 659, the handset aims at the P20 enthusiasts that aren’t willing to pay too much for a smartphone.

The P20 trio is all set to launch in three weeks ahead. So if you’re holding your breath for the newest Huawei revelations, keep tuned for more details and more leaks about the handsets. The rumor and leak mill never stops.
