Samsung and Apple phones emit more radiation than allowed

The technology has a lot of positives that are based on making life easier for people. However, there may also be some inconveniences such as addiction or pollution who knows a steady escalation. On this occasion, we will talk about a lawsuit by a group of lawyers against some Samsung and Apple mobiles in the US for exceeding the supposed radiation limits.

The laboratory of the Federal Communications Commission of the United States (FCC) has carried out a study confirming that some mobiles of these two brands exceed the radiation limits established in the country. In this way, FeganScott, an American law firm, has decided to sue manufacturers for “putting the health of consumers at risk”. We tell you all the details.

Apple and Samsung phones have a radiation level above average

BusinessWire has been the medium that has revealed all the details of one of the most controversial issues so far this year. Samsung and Apple have been denounced by a law firm for exceeding the radiation limits imposed in the United States. Beth Fegan, senior manager of FeganScott, has stated that manufacturers must take responsibility for these types of acts.

“Apple and Samsung smartphones have changed the way we live. Adults, teenagers and children wake up to check their email or play games and do work or school exercises on their smartphones. They carry these devices in their pockets throughout the day and literally fall asleep with them in their beds,” Fegan said.

“Smartphone owners across the country deserve to know that the RF radiation levels from smartphones when touching the skin or used close to the body may be unsafe”

New FCC-Accredited Lab Results Show Apple and Samsung Smartphone RF Radiation Levels Exceed Federal Limit

Specifically, the study has focused on the following models: iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 8 and iPhone XR. Alongside with the Galaxy S8, Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S10. In this case, the iPhone 8 exceeded the federal exposure limit by five times. And the Samsung Galaxy S8 increased its levels more than three times above the scales allowed in the US.

“The manufacturers told consumers this was safe. So we knew it was important to test the RF radiation exposure and see if this was true,” Fegan noted. “It is not true. The independent results confirm that RF radiation levels are well over the federal exposure limit. Sometimes exceeding it by 500 percent, when phones are used in the way Apple and Samsung encourage us to. Consumers deserve to know the truth.”

It is true that people’s habits have changed with the advent of technology. Today, we usually spend many hours stuck to our smartphones. So the danger is in an increase if the radiation levels exceed the limits imposed. The law firm requires manufacturers to pay for the health problems that these devices have been able to cause. Now, they seek to represent all the owners of these devices. So that they can provide them with convenient medical help.

So if I break the law then I get arrested go to court and get fined or jail time.
Apple and Samsung are breaking the law and….. Nothing!!! It’s about time governments stop being scared of big companies and stop being such hypocrites and apply the same laws to them as they do to us ordinary folk who are just trying to make a living and abiding by the rules set by these corrupt governments.

You notice they didn’t mention the new 11 iPhones or the new Galaxy 10’s. I can only imagine the radiation they produce. What’s crazy is a couple of days ago I was playing with one of my son’s bb’s from his BB gun and I was rolling it on the screen of my iPhone 11 Pro Max and it got stuck on 3 spaces on top right under the ear piece and the front facing camera and on the left and right of the bottom of my phone. It happened on my daughter’s x by the earpiece but the magnet was much stronger on my 11 pro maxđŸ˜© I have to leave these phones alone!

Magnetic fields have little to do with the radio waves emanating from the phones. The magnetic strength required to cause any sort of damage, even on the long term, would be at least a few billion times as large per cubic centimeter as these small magnets emit. Hell, even Earth’s magnetic field affects you more than the speaker in your phone.

Please stop the fear mongering, especially if you do not understand the physics behind it.

RADIATION… First you need to understand what RADIATION is… Just do a Google search to find out. Then understand that radiation is not the same with non ionising radiation… Just stop this nonsense with the DANGER PHONE RADIATION etc

So if I impersonate someone on the web, I get fined 50K and got to jail for 8 months.
