New Wind Turbine Plant in Shandong
China Creative Wind Energy Co have started construction a 1.5 billion yuan ($221 million) wind turbine plant in Shandong province. The company who already own and operate factories in Qingdao, Tongliao and Shenyang plan on producing 3 and 5 megawatt turbines in the plant once construction is completed.
