All your Meizu MX2 hands on and promotional videos here!

To say that I’m excited about the Meizu MX2 would be a minor understatement, and the more I read and see the more excited I am becoming! Keep reading to see hands on videos and promotional videos of the quad-core MX2.

From the design of the MX2 and it’s specifications you would be forgiven for thinking that the new Flagship Meizu is nothing more than a faster and larger MX. But you couldn’t be more wrong!

The Meizu MX2 is faster and more powerful than the older MX phone, but with the addition of Flyme 2.0 (based on Android Jelly Bean), the MX2 has a lot more to offer users. Watch the Flyme 2.0 feature video below to see what Meizu’s developers have managed to cram in to their newest ROM.

Meizu MX2 build quality

If you have ever laid hands on the Meizu MX you will have surely noticed just how well made and substantial it feels (traits you might not automatically link with a Chinese brand). The MX2 builds on that build quality and takes manufacturing processes to the next level.

Below we have a short video which was recorded during the MX2 launch, which shows a few of the steps each MX2 goes through during manufacture.

Definitely worth buying. Here where i live you can’t get a Nexus 4 for that sweet price..

Meizu MX2 is my choice for sure.

    Hello Andi,

There’s a good chance … now … that I am going to be overwhelmed with choice for products to market on my website.

The Meizu MX2 will definitely be a front runner … and so will be the Google Nexus 7 tablet.

There are already ‘amazing deals’ here in the UK, in the run up to Christmas … offering BOTH a smartphone like the Meizu, – AND – a Google or an ASUS NEXUS 7 for £21 / month over 24 months.

I will almost certainly go for that deal for my wife and I this Christmas !!

We both need new kit … and that’s just too good to pass by.

Please can you offer an opinion as to which of the Chinese Shipper/Wholesalers, such as Chinavasion or Alibaba will be shipping the Meizu X2 to the UK – and when ?

I’ve been to the retail store of Meizu in shanghai. Unlike the excited fans here, there are few buyers in the shop. When I mentioned xiaomi M2, the salesman get fed up. You can see how xiaomi beat them.
Meizu doesn’t have hardware expertise and not much software advantage and its target customers can be easily persuaded to Galaxy or Iphone.
All the manufacturer depending on custom ROM will be marginized by ever improving android.

The phone looks exactly like iPhone. This is one company that actually deserves to get sued. Who said Meizu has the design?!!!

  5. English Language?
    December 2, 2012

Anyone have experience with using English on the Meizu? How is the experience?

Yep, I have. It’s fine the English is good.

They ruined good phone by putting ridiculously bad camera there. I am not buying, sorry. Will wait for Oppo Find 5.
