The flagship Amoi N828 MT6589 quad-core phone is expected to launch during the next few months. Here are the latests specs and leaked images.
Amoi are known throughout China as being a brand you turn to when you require a high quality, functional phone, and the N828 is set to continue that tradition. Although a quad-core MT6589 equipped phone, the hardware in the new Amoi looks to have been chosen with efficiency and cost effectiveness in mind rather than performance.
With that in mind 4.5-inch 960 x 540 resolution display, 1GB RAM, and 4GB memory make sense, and they also leave enough money in the budget to give the N828 a good size 2050mAh battery.

Another highlight of the phone is that it will launch with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean rather than 4.1, which will give the Amoi a more refined and should further improve efficiency and battery life.
If you’re looking for a bleeding edge MTK phone then the Amoi N8282 certainly isn’t it. but if you want something from a larger brand and don’t mind paying the 999 Yuan ($160) price tag then the N828 might be the perfect choice.
