5.5-inch Cube Pepper Note phablet this summer!

Chinese electronics company CUBE are known for launching some of the first Retina Android tablets in China. They are now diversifying their range to include a 5.5-inch quad-core phablet.

Gizchina News of the week

Cube’s first phablet will go on sale this Summer, and judging by the hardware should be quite an affordable yet large option for anyone wanting a big screen Android phone.

The Cube Pepper Note also known as the U8GTMini features a 5.5-inch 720p display, 1.2Ghz quad-core MT6589 processor, 1GB RAM, 4GB memory, 2500mAh battery and will have room for a SD card and offer dual SIM support.

No word on pricing but we guess a Chinese mainland price of around 999 Yuan could be possible.

Since this one already has the “Note” moniker in its name, what about built-in digitizer and pen, with resting plac inside the case?
Supported wave lengths for each radio, battery fix/removable, BT version, supported geo-location systems, …?
