Elephone expands their after sale services even more

Elephone continues with their planned expansion to the Old Continent and after Russia and Spain there are going to be two more countries with the access to the official sale and after sale services of the company. New services are being opened in Germany and also in the United Kingdom.

The after sale service is going to be handled once again by the Tomrepair company, so it remains the same as with Russia and Spain. Customer needs to be aware of the fact, that he has to pay all the expenses covering the package transportation fees both ways.

Also the Elephone clearly states then if the problem will be limited only to the battery of the phone, you are obliged to turn to the online reseller directly with your complaint.

Extending it would require them to have something already there. From personal experience with two phones they have none. I could get better support from a pile of Elephant crap than from Elephone.

Xiaomi lost this year with the terrible design of the Mi5. First time I won’t be buying a Mi phone in a long time.

Haha. I remember trying to claim warranty for my burn in display from an official distributor here and i clearly still have about a month left of warranty and the service centre said I was over the warranty period and i blasted back saying are you blind or stupid? (had to make a scene or they’ll bs me) Then, they said ok, we’ll send it to get repaired. 1 month past, no news, no calls. After many attempts to contact them with no luck, I just decided to walk in. I asked for my phone and they said oh, you have to pay for it to get it repaired. So basically, my phone was never sent for repairs, nobody called me and i couldn’t claim my warranty. Great after sales service Elephone!

I tried to claim a warranty twice, one after 2 months the second time after 3 months. Both times it was about as useful as talking to the wall.

Elephone needs to expand it’s customer service after releasing the defective P9000. This phone has had nothing but problems and fails miserably on all counts.

Haha. It would be better to not expand the service, if they are going with Tom repair.

Elefone shouldn’t just extend their service but also start to set up an in-house quality control. Their fons are as buggy as it gets… wouldn’t go anywhere near one and in fact gave 2 away i got from friends as a hongbao

would be better to say customers, that there is no warranty at all. all repairs are paid. I cant judge form long term, but I had P9000 in hand and it was nice piece. Some people are happy with p7000, and its out some time.
I would like to hear some reseller, what is the number of faulty elephones?
