Nope, battery capacity has always been displayed with Amperes, as you become independent from the voltage.
Maybe in phones, where voltage is given (3.7V)
N3450 has similar benchmark results as Core M-6Y30.
With a sub-$300 price, this could be very interesting.
The big problem is they always using the slow emmc.
If they use sata or M2 SSD that can be replace then it is much faster and better as people can replace with bigger one.
