Meizu E3 dubbed Redmi Note 5 killer gets shown off in a live video

The Meizu E3 was thought to launch originally on March 6. But the handset which is dubbed Redmi Note 5 Killer is now launching on March 21. We already know a great deal about this promising phone from Meizu, but the handset has just appeared in a live video hosted by Meizu’s VP Li Nan.

The Meizu official had earlier posted on Weibo that he intends to do a live session with the Meizu E3. Following the promise, the session has taken place and the video is now on YouTube. We leave a link to the video below.

Latest information suggests that the Meizu E3 will also boast of a Snapdragon 636 CPU that is hosted by the Redmi Note 5 Pro. Moreover, the Meizu E3 will sport 6GB of RAM exactly like Xiaomi’s device and a Sony IMX363 sensor.

From its TENAA passing, it is known that the sleek design of the E3 encases a 5.99-inch IPS display with Full-HD+ resolution. Moreover, it has a 3,300mAh battery. Li Nan had previously claimed that the Meizu E3’s camera would be superior than the Meizu Note 6. As far as we know, the rear of the device houses a 12MP + 20MP duo. However, the front has an 8MP shooter.

The handset will come with Android Nougat built-in and also have other variants. There might be a 4GB variant as well along with storage options from 32GB to 128GB. The Meizu E3 boasts of a side-mounted fingerprint reader. Rumour has it that it will have a 2,299 Yuan (~$363) price tag. The device comes in Champagne Gold, Obsidian Black and Dark Blue shades.
