OPPO F11 Pro certified in Thailand, could feature Oppos 10x optical zoom

Oppo recently announced its latest camera innovation – the 10x optical zoom module. Further, the firm announced that is would unveil a smartphone prototype that will use the tech and has now gone ahead to schedule a pre-MWC event for Feb. 23.

It isn’t clear which of the OPPO will get the piece first, but it would seem the F series might be the first few to get it, as an Unannounced OPPO handset with model number CPH1969 has gained the required NBTC certification in Thailand. While The NBTC certification details are indeed scarce at the moment, it does confirm that the device will be marketed under the OPPO F11 Pro, which suggests that the company might be skipping the F10 as earlier speculated.

Gizchina News of the week

Though no trace of the standard F11 pro on the agency’s site, the Chinse firm might also release a standard OPPO F11 in certain markets, similar to the Oppo F9 which is available in India as the F9 Pro.

We are not sure what design language Oppo might be adopting this time, though it is possible it will ditch the water drop display for the Punch hole display similar to that of the Huawei Nova 4 and the Honor View 20. There are also chances the device will be the first to get the 10x optical zoom camera which debuted a few days ago.

While it might seem to early to speculate at the moment, we may have to rely on prior TENAA certification to spill the beans on this handset, regarding the specifications, and images in the upcoming days.
