Later, the company has posted the first teaser for the Honor V40 on social media. The teaser says that the Honor V40 is equipped with an ultra-sensitive screen that can display a billion colors.
The smartphone has a curved edge screen and a cutout in the upper left corner to accommodate two camera sensors. It is expected to have a 6.72-inch OLED panel and support 120Hz refresh rate. A fingerprint scanner is built under the surface of the screen.

In GeekBench listing Honor V40 gets 468 points in single-core testing and 2061 in multi-core testing. According to the listing, the smartphone pairs 8GB of RAM and runs on Android 10. In addition, Honor V40 is running an octa-core Mediatek Dimensity 1000+ SoC. The smartphone also has 5G support. Recently, the smartphone also passed through Rheinlandās safe fast-charging certification with the same model number. Also, according to Rheinlandās certificate Honor V40 will support 50W wireless fast charging support.
