Apple

Despite the fact that Apple itself does not disclose details about the iPhone 13 series, thanks to insiders, we roughly understand what kind of models they will be. However, it was not difficult to guess the key points. In particular, the A15 Bionic chip will form the basis of the iPhone 13 line of smartphones. Moreover, the company reinsured itself and ordered the release of this processor from TSMC very early, pushing the fulfillment of all other orders to the background.

Analysts say the company is confident that demand for the iPhone 13 lineup will be strong and it has increased its ordering volumes by 20% over last year. So, it ordered Apple A15 Bionic chips in the amount of 100 million units. Recall that there are rumors that this year alone, the company plans to sell at least 90 million iPhone 13 series pipes.

According to some new information, the A15 Bionic received six computing cores, where a couple of high-performance ones, as well as a quartet of cores are designed to perform simple tasks and are economical. It will be created using an improved 5-nanometer process technology with improved indicators for energy consumption. Less battery power will come in handy, given that the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max will receive 120 Hz displays.

Apple to release AirPods 3 headphones alongside iPhone 13 in September

There are many rumors about the successor to the popular Apple AirPods wireless earbuds; but the time of its appearance on the market has not yet been announced. Apple is ramping up production; and the next-generation wireless headphones will be unveiled alongside the new iPhone 13 smartphones this fall; according to network sources that rely on a supply chain report.

Usually, Apple will present new smartphones in September; but last year due to the pandemic, the launch of the iPhone 12 had to be postponed until October. According to reports, Apple will return to its regular schedule this year; so that the new iPhones will be officially unveiled in September.

The source says it has already started shipping flexible PCBs for the next-generation AirPods. It is noted that there are “good chances” that the new Apple headphones will debut at the September event; which will unveil the iPhone 13. The AirPods 3 are expected to share design features with the AirPods Pro, but have shorter legs. The retail price of the new headphones will be around $ 150.

Earlier it was reported that the new generation AirPods Pro headphones will not appear until next year. Considering that the package of the new iPhone 13 will not include any headphones; it can be assumed that the timely launch of the AirPods 3 will make this model very popular.
