Vivo X90 series China launch date confirmed, design revealed

A Vivo X90 series smartphone’s global launch date has surfaced online ahead of an official confirmation, courtesy of a reliable tipster. For those unaware, Vivo is on the verge of unveiling the X90 series of smartphones.

Last month, Vivo shared an event invite for its imaging strategy conference via its official Weibo account. According to some sources, the Vivo X90 series will break cover later this month.

However, tipster Assen begs to differ. The reliable leaker claims the X90 series will launch in China in December. Now, the X90 series will reportedly comprise three premium phones.

The X90 lineup includes the base X90, X90 Pro, and X90 Pro+ 5G smartphones. While Vivo is still mum on key details of the upcoming smartphones, the company has finally divulged information regarding its launch.

Vivo has confirmed that the X90 Pro+ 5G smartphone’s China launch will take place on November 22. Notably, the invite gives us a glimpse into the Vivo flagship phone’s design and color options.

To recap, the Vivo X90 Pro+ was spotted online in the form of a leaked design render last month. Now, noted tipster Paras Guglani has shed some light on the Vivo X90 series’ global launch timeline.

Details about the Vivo X90 Pro+ 5G global launch date are still scarce. However, Vivo has confirmed the device will be available in Black and Red color options.

Also, the phone’s design is similar to the previously leaked renders. The phone sports a black strip that runs across the back panel below the camera setup. Also, the black strip has Xtreme Imagination text on it.

Furthermore, the handset houses a quad camera setup and an LED flash on the back. Now, Guglani claims the Vivo X90 Pro+ 5G smartphone’s global launch will take place next month.

According to a report by MySmartPrice, Vivo will probably unveil all three X90 series smartphones during the launch event in China.
