With the launch of the Oppo Find X6 series, Oppo will likely keep the focus on the upcoming Reno series. However, it seems that the brand is also developing a new foldable smartphone aka Oppo Find N3. We don’t know whether the phone will launch earlier than usual, but the leaks are already popping out. Today, we have a newly-leaked schematic that shows the design of the Oppo’s next foldable. Apparently, the device will follow the guidelines set by the Oppo Find X6 series with a huge circular island for the camera. Moreover, we can easily spot the Hasselblad’s logo indicating that the partnership will also extend to the next foldable.
Gizchina News of the week
The new Oppo Find N3 seems to have a taller aspect in comparison to the Oppo Find N2. Maybe not everyone will appreciate it, but it’s good to see Oppo is trying something different. Again, the rear brings the huge circle that houses a triple-camera setup with Hasselblad’s tuning. One of the lenses clearly is a periscope unit. That’s an interesting detail, after all, Xiaomi’s upcoming Mix Fold 3 is rumored to also bring a periscope camera. Further, the schematics show what seems to be a mute switch on the right side. It’s not common for Oppo phones to bring physical alert sliders, but there is a good explanation for this.
With this design, Oppo seems to be ready for a future OnePlus rebadge. As per the rumors, the Oppo Find N3 will sell only in China. The international markets will eventually get this package of specs in the form of the OnePlus V Fold. So, the physical alert slider makes a lot of sense here. This year, OnePlus is bringing back this legacy feature to most of its flagships. Hence, this will be a nice signature feature for the brand’s first foldable.
Oppo Find N3 alleged specifications

The cover display will bring a 20 MP selfie shooter whereas the inner will have a 32 MP camera. The main cameras for the phone are a 50 MP IMX 890, 48 MP IMX581 ultrawide and a 32 MP L07D1W22 periscope camera. Under the hood, the phone will pack the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 with a huge 4,805 mAh battery.
