GTA 6 Announcement

It goes without saying that Grand Theft Auto fans have been very eager for an official GTA 6 announcement. And even though the game has not yet been shown off in an official capacity, we did get a lot of solid leaks and rumors regarding it. Among them, the most notable rumor was the possible announcement date.

That basically hinted that Rockstar Games will soon unveil the GTA 6 in all its glory. To be exact, it suggested that the announcement is coming “before May 17.” Well, it’s been days after that rumor surfaced on the internet. And while we are waiting for the “May announcement” to finally be a thing, Rockstar decided to drop another piece of info regarding the game’s development.

Among the responsibilities, the voiceover director needs to do VO sessions. It ranges “from the main story content to NPC’s content.” The role also demands the director to maintain “the nuance and continuity of the game’s narrative.” Yes, there’s a chance that this listing is not specifically for GTA 6. It could very well be for GTA Online or another game that Rockstar Games is working on.

But as the previous leaks suggested, Rockstar Games might release GTA 6 in installments. So, the role could be for content later down the road. It could also be for the next iteration of GTA Online. No matter what the case is, fans are hoping that this lead to an official announcement of Grand Theft Auto 6 in the near future.
