Beidou team up with Konka on $113 smartphone with stylus support

Beidou have teamed up with phone maker Konka to launch a new dual-sim phone with stylus support which costs just 699 Yuan ($113)!

For business use, or just for the casual phone user, a quad-core CPU and huge amounts of RAM aren’s always necessary. Instead sometimes features like dual-sim support along with stylus support are more important.

Gizchina News of the week

Usually phones with these features are quite expensive, which is what makes the new Beidou Konka W990 phone all the more appealing. For just 699 Yuan, customers can receive the Konka W990 which boasts Siri style voice recognition and commands, handwriting input via the included stylus, dual-sim support, 8 mega-pixel rear camera and 5-inch display!

As the W990 is aimed more at a business user rather than gamer, an older MT6577 dual-core chip with 512mb and Android 4.0 are included to keep costs low, but even with this last gen spec it’s hard to ignore those key features at such an attractive price!
