More FAEA F3 details announced

FAEA have been swept up in the big screen revolution for their latest phone as it appears the FAEA F3 will sport a large 6.3-inch display.

FAEA started this year on a high and the launch of the FAEA F1 Penguin and then the F2. Both phones offered great hardware (although buggy ROMs) included NFC and were priced well. For the next flagship phone, FAEA have changed their design philosophy and have created a phone which looks more like a Samsung Galaxy Mega knock-off rather than the unique designs we have gotten use to. In fact the FAEA F3 looks more like an OEM phone, even the spec sheet reads like a unit bought from a catalog rather than something designed for fans.

Gizchina News of the week

The Meizu style ā€˜breathingā€™ notification/home button which give current FAEA phones a unique look has been replaced with a physical button. You will still get NFC support though, but the rest of the phone isnā€™t all that different from similar sized models already on the market.

Sorry FAEA, weā€™re not all that impressed with the F3.

Yes, that’s a bummer. Why do they do this after a nice design like the F1 and the F2.
I kinda prefer the breathing light over a physical button.

The breathing light button was pretty much what differentiated the F1 and F2 from other MTK6589 phones. This thing is NOT impressive at all.

I wish they had just worked on improving the FAEA F2 and launched it as a super reliable and well built phone. The F2 is a great looking phone, but I’m not that impressed with the build quality and ROM bugs

Yep, FAEA design nice phones, now they are making a clone? big step back for them!

Such as shame the F3 has the breathing button missing, the design of the other FAEAs are great. I have to say though my F2s is so slow and leggy its almost unusable, o really hope they get the Cyanogen mod ROM sorted quickly.
