Black edition Nubia Z5S leaked

Opposite to most brands, Nubia first launched their white model and now leaks of the black Nubia Z5S have surfaced with launch date.

ZTE’s Nubia brand was launched at the start of the year as a premium flagship brand, but surprised us all recently by launching their new phone with Snapdragon 800 CPU for just $320 (1999 Yuan), that’s a price even Xiaomi cannot ignore!

Gizchina News of the week

The black version of the Nubia Z5S will go on sale before the end of this year here in China with a slight chance it could also be available in the U.S. The Z5S features 2GB RAM, 16GB memory, 5-inch 1080 display and 13 mega-pixel camera which can capture video at 4K 3840 x 2160 resolution at up to 120fps!

Which would you buy given the chance? A Nubia Z5S or Xiaomi Mi3?

I would prefer Nubia in this case. Provided their availability and almost similar configuration as Mi3. Xiaomi’s mi3 availability is a big pain which can’t be ignored.

If ZTE respect international consumers, as Zopo did, I prefer the ZTE.
The mobiles configuration is similar and the price is competitive.

Nice, that black color. But as an international customer, can you be sure that when you order one, that black color version will be delivered? Last summer there were phablets launched, in black color. But delivery turned out not be possible. Hopefully Nubia will not be the next for a disappointing oriental experience.

Already preordered one. Im curious if it will be indeed black and if/how many (software) issues have to be solved before it works properly…
