Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 teaser leaks, confirms September 12 event?

Well could this be it? It seems that an official Xiaomi teaser image of the upcoming Mi MIX 2 leaked earlier on Weibo and… basically confirms most of the recent rumors we already knew.

The image seems legit and shows a completely bezel-less smartphone that resembles the upcoming Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 obviously, with non-existent bezels (bottom bezel is gone too?) and impressive full display outline. The teaser also confirms a possible unveiling date: September 12 which is – yes you guessed it!- the same date Apple has already confirmed for the annual launch of their iPhone 8, iPhone 7s/7s Plus etc models!

The teaser image also comes with some specs. According to those, the Mi MIX 2 will be equipped with a Snapdragon 835 SoC, 6GB of RAM, 64/128/256GB internal storage, 4,000+ mAh battery and a possible price tag around CNY 4,599 (699$!).

Obviously this hasn’t been confirmed so we take it with a pinch of salt as always guys. It’s better to know a (possible) false rumor, than nothing at all.
