The ( Automated People Mover) will begin service sometime this November in preparation for the 16th annual which will be hosted in the mega city situated in the South of . The will operate along a 3.9 km stretch of track with 9 stations and will be limited to traveling no more than 60km/h. Each will carry a maximum of 138 passages, with an estimated 50,000 passengers traveling on it per 18 hour day.
