Microsoft China have made an agreement with the Jinan municipal government to build a branch office in Shandong Provinces capital.
The opening of the Jinan branch is hoped to attract over 40 new companies to the city and create job opportunities for 15,000 people.
Microsoft also plan to pen similar projects with the governments of Dongguan, Xian, Qingdao and Nanjing during 2011.
