Not content with attacking the Apple iPad and iPhone, Samsung are now gunning for the ever popular iPod Touch with the releasing of 2 new multi-media Android based devices called Galaxy Players.
The touch screen Android media players will come in both 4 and 5 inch screens and are designed especially for media consumption such as playing games, surfing the web via WIFI and listening to music and watching movies.
The super thin and rather light devices (weighing in at 5 and 7 ounces respectively for the 4 and 5 inch screen options) also feature front and rear cameras and also support Adobe Flash 10.1.

Both devices are Google certified meaning they will also enjoy official support of all 100,000 Android application via Googles official Android market.
In addition to getting all those excellent Android apps and all that awesome Google content, Samsung have also announced that their own Samsung application store will soon be getting official HBO and MTV applications which will allow Galaxy Player owners to stream music videos and HBO TV shows over WIFI directly to their devices.
