Gizchina News of the week

The Zero Carbon hall will not only utilize the power of leftover hamburgers and Chou Tofu, but will also generate power via wind turbines and solar cells placed on its roof. The organisers are hoping that the Hall will produce enough energy to become completely self sustainable (from an energy standpoint).

The Zero Carbon hall, which consists of two four story office blocks, will be kept as a museum after the Expo, so the public can learn how buildings like this can help protect the environment for years to come.
