HDC Update Their HTC One S Clone with 1.2ghz CPU

HDC have updated their fantastic looking and already great performing HTC One S clone with a dual-core MediaTek MT6577 CPU clocked at 1.2ghz and 1GB RAM! More details after the jump!

Measuring in at 8.5mm thick the HDC C986 is one very slim phone! It’s attractive too thanks to the great looking metal look finish which adds a bit of strength to the plastic body underneath.

The screen on the HDC C986 measures in at 4.3 inch with a resolution of 960 x 540 and offers QHD technology.

Although the HDC C986 is a great looking phone it does seem hard to justify buying the 1200 Yuan HTC One S clone when the cheaper, uniquely designed, and better specification of the JiaYu G3 is only 899 Yuan!

For example the HDC C986 has a battery of only 2000mAh, a 5 mega-pixel rear camera and has a lower resolution screen than the JiaYu, however I do imagine it is going to be much easier to find one of these in stock than the much-anticipated JiaYu G3 which launches today!
