Leaked: Amoi N820 getting Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update

One of the concerns or questions many people have about Chinese phones is "do they get updates?" The answer is some of them do as we can see here from the leaked photos of Android 4.1 Jelly Bean running on the Amoi N820.

While I can't speak for the smaller brands big Chinese phone brands certainly do launch updates for their phones. Xiaomi, Meizu and Oppo all launch regular updates and now Amoi are joining in to with a Jelly Bean update for the Amoi N820!

Amoi are expected to roll out the update to Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean on 20th October, however it's not known if this will be an OTA update or one requiring owners of the phone to download and install the package from the Amoi homepage.
