Elephone P7 Mini announced, could launch Christmas Day!

Elephone have just sent details over of a more compact version of the Elephone P7 with 5-inch display. Full details of the Elephone P7 mini here.

Usually when talking about a ‘Mini’ phone we imagine display sizes of around 4.3-inch, in the case of the P7 mini though the display is 5-inches. Not as small as most ‘Mini’ phones but smaller than the stand p7 which measures in at 5.5-inch.

The Elephone P7 Mini shares the same great looking exterior as the larger P7 and comes in either white and gold or black with silver trimming. Specifications are almost the same too with the P7 Mini sporting a 1.3Ghz quad-core MT6582 chipset, 1GB RAM. 4GB memory, Android 4.2 and a 2500mAh battery.

It looks quite nice like it’s elder brother, but the back is rather bland. I still want the 5.5-inch P7 anyway, so it’s not going to affect me. Speaking about the P7, when is it going on sale?

This phone would have been awesome if they put a 720 display on it. Why do they use that poor resolution on today’s phones? It is funny there is talk of a P8 now a P7 mini and yet there is still no P7 for sale anywhere.
