We knew that Hasee would have something interesting in store for the
first ever
smartphone, and the Hasee
Ling Ya E50 hasn’t disappointed, it could well be one of the most thoughtfully spec’d
phones this year!
Hasee have gone on the record, via Weibo, to announce that their
first Android smartphone is on it’s way. In the past we had hear rumours of a Snapdragon 800
phone with 4GB
RAM, and a super affordable phone, but the reality is somewhere in the middle.
The Hasee
Ling Ya E50 is a
mid-range phone which sit’s nicely in between the recently launched
Huawei Honor 5C and 5X phones and above the
Xiaomi Hongmi. The 5-inch 720p handset packs a quad-core
MT6582 chipset but with
2GB RAM, which is normally unheard of!
Other highlights include 16 GB of on board storage, SD card expansion, 5 mega-pixel front camera and 13 mega-pixel rear. We assume the
phone also sports dual-SIM and can be used on both
TD-SCDMA and WCDMA 3G networks.
Pricing hasn’t been announced but knowing Hasee we don’t see the company marketing the E50 for much more than 1000 Yuan !
