Good old TENAA we can all rely on the official Chinese site to show off the latest goodies before they launch, and that’s just what happened today with the Honor 8.

For those of you who know a bit about the Huawei Honor sub-brand then you will know that it included a dual camera model not so long ago in the shape of the Honor 6 Plus, well the Honor range is about to get another in the form of the Honor 8.

Thanks to recently released details from TENAA we get a first look at the Honor 8, a dual glass phone with alloy chassis, rear fingerprint scanner and dual 12 mega-pixel rear cameras.

Gizchina News of the week

Going over the design of the phone we see the the Honor 8 has a laser focus, dual LED flash, and 5.2-inch display.

Specs show the phone as having a 1920 x 1080 panel, 2.3Ghz oct-core chipset, 8 mega-pixel front camera, and options for either 4GB or 3GB RAM.

With TENAA already showing the phone in their database then we can expect the Huawei Honor 8 to launch sometime in July. Keep posted.

Lets see if it starts at 1999CNY or 1799CNY.

v8 at 5.7 inches with 4GB starts at 2299 so, if this one has a 3GB version (not sure it does), then maybe it’s cheaper than 1999CNY.
Anyway the launch is on July 11, we’ll see then.
